CashSweep reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: national ID, passport, bank statements or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, even if carried out by another person. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
CashSweep accepts deposits via the payment methods available on the Deposit ours, including online bank transfers, popular Malaysia e-wallets, DuitNow, debit/credit cards, and other methods that may be added or removed from time to time.
Deposits via bank transfer and DuitNow are processed instantly. E-wallets take 5–15 seconds while credit/debit cards take 1–5 minutes. cashsweep is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the required identity verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the verified member's name. cashsweep will not transfer funds to any third-party account under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for regular members, although different limits may apply to new accounts. cashsweep does not charge withdrawal processing fees, however payment providers may apply their own charges.
Wagering Requirements: Before a withdrawal is approved, any active bonus in your account must meet the specified wagering requirements. Refer to Promotions page for the wagering requirement details of each bonus.
All bonuses and promotions offered by cashsweep are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer. These conditions include but are not limited to wagering rates, expiry date limits, eligible games and maximum bet limits when using bonus funds.
Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before it can be converted into real withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place a total of RM 3,000 in wagers before the funds can be withdrawn.
CashSweep uses a sophisticated monitoring system to detect bonus abuse. Activities such as low-percentage wagering to fulfil requirements without genuine play intent, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and any form of coordination between members to exploit promotions are prohibited and may result in account termination.
All games on cashsweep use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party, including cashsweep itself. Game results displayed on screen are final.
In the rare event that a technical or software error results in an incorrect payout, CashSweep reserves the right to correct such errors. Funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error do not belong to the member and will be reclaimed by CashSweep. Any winnings obtained using incorrectly credited funds will also be voided.
CashSweep endeavours to keep the platform running 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Advance notice will be provided for scheduled maintenance. CashSweep is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination along with forfeiture of balances and wins:
Legal Warning: Illegal activities such as money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities. CashSweep cooperates fully with law enforcement in related investigations.
CashSweep reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time with or without reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, requests by legal authorities, or if we believe the safety of the platform or other members is at risk.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the CashSweep support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance (after fulfilling applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded via the same payment method used for the last deposit.
Members who feel the need to stop playing may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming. Temporary self-exclusion options (30 days, 90 days, 6 months) and permanent exclusion are available. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and CashSweep will not send any promotional communications.
